Installation issues in R 3.6.1

Hi, I am not being able to in R 3.6.1
devtools, vcfR and qvalue seem to work properly.

Evey time I run install_github("whitlock/OutFLANK"),
I keep getting this message. I've tried changing R versions, reinstalling devtools, vcfr and qvalue. Still...
