Hi!

It seems there are no man pages for whipper at the moment. I have some experience writing man pages for python projects and I'd be more than happy to make a PR to fix this.

Before sinking time into this, would this be a welcome addition? I propose to use rst2man (part of docutils), as it makes them much easier to maintain.
