For some reason the bag files I record are not compatible with this program, and the bag file will not open in the realsense viewer. Whats with that?

I record a bag file with realsense and try to run the software using that bag file instead and it will not open. When I try opening the example bag file it does not open citing the error, "Failed to create ros render: Invalid file format, file does not contain topic "/file_version" nor "/FILE_VERSION:"
