Have a "share" button that will prompt users that a collection may be shareable by copying the URL. Replace "Copy URL" with "Share" it may need a different icon too.
Share to email, copy URL, LinkedIn, download etc. (see images)

Change to only be reflected on the published collection view

@psanchez-wgu is there already a popup menu component similar to what is shown in the design mockup? Is there an existing reproduction of how to bring up the dialog in some other part of the code?

@ottonomy there is the one on the RSD list from the three dots menu
