Bug: In edit mode of user home page (path: /user/XXX), the "New Page" button remains and overlaps the "Update Page" button

How to reproduce? (再現手順)

1. Open the user home page (path: /user/XXX) in view mode.
2. Scroll down the page and show "New Page" (🖊️ ) button.
3. Put the page into edit mode.

What happens? (症状)

• The "New Page" button overlaps the "Update Page" button. (see capture bellow)

What is the expected result? (期待される動作)

• Only the "Update Page" button will be displayed, not the "New Page" button.
