Talking Emoji - WWDC 2019 Scholarship Submission [Rejected] - Will try harder next year 💪

Talking Emoji was inspired by Animoji from Apple that was announced back on iOS 11. I try to replicate and create a very simple version of it using a bunch of UIViews and try to animate it, as the Emoji is talking like Animoji.
