Great, what are you working on.

I´m a wildlife biologist by training (love the bird model) but I´m
using it for invasiv plant monitoring from UAV flights.
Mainly Austrian forests from the lowland forest to mountain forests in the Alps.

Mainly the invasiv tree species Tree of Heaven (Ailanthus altissima).

Hi Ben - Many thanks for putting on this webinar. We had a zoom chat nearly two years ago now regarding DeepForest. I had a summer intern work with the method to map tree crowns in the Cape Floristic region of South Africa. Looking to possibly continue working with DF for mapping and monitoring biodiversity in the Central Appalachians.

I'm more of an epidemiologist/environmental health person, but I work with disease pathogens in wastewater including covid -19, influenza (including bird flu), rsv, mpox, and norovirus.

Great video that helped me a lot so far. I'm trying to apply the deepforest model for single tree detection in Southern Germany (eventual goal is species classification over a large are using airborne RGB images).

In the Q&A section, you mentioned a blog post about using labelstudio together with deepforest. Where can I find that?
