Privacy Tab Click Issue Due to Cookie Settings Tab #18

There is an issue where the "Privacy" tab is not clickable due to the "cookie settings" tab.

I think, to resolve this issue, it would be helpful to set the "padding-left" of the .footer .column to 6rem in css file.
