Remove waffle.io ?

Are we still using waffle.io? If not, we might want to remove it from our README.md?

I don't think we've been using it very actively. Github projects is a good alternative, if we feel like we need to organize a specific project.

I resisted in the past that we remove waffle, but as it is today, we are not using it when we do triage and we moved to milestones and labels for the process of advancing the work.
