Here's the agenda for our meeting on Thursday, Nov 17:

Which proposals have enough support to move on to phase 2?

Does this imply a deadline of "the time the meeting starts" for positions?

@gsnedders that was my intention, yes. But there are a few where Google's position is "include if" that we haven't filled in yet, I hope we can talk through such cases. But I do want to get to a first cut of what's included in the meeting. Does that sound doable?

#229 is where we decided on Nov 17. I realize now it would have been smart to also reiterate this in email.
