what is behind verba start?

I want to increase the workers flag, because iam going to use this project in our Office and connected through the LAN. I want to make the application available to every PC which is connected through LAN in the Office. How to make the application work for many clients? and how to change the IP address from 127.0.0.1:3000 (for frontend) to http://:3000
