Node details panel briefly flashes previous info when node is clicked after changing views #666

Can't make a gif with high-enough framerate to show the issue...

But steps to reproduce. Click a node to show the details pane. Change views. Click a node on the new view. Previous info/colour flashes in the node detail pane before changing.

It's a bit jarring.
