As part of Kubernetes integration resource limits is something Scope could expose quite nicely against current resource usage.

We don't currently, show any metrics on pods/services. Where did you expect these limits to be shown?

I'd expect it to be shown in the details panel (perhaps of a pod, but may be also a set).
