The column is a smidgen too narrow - 11 digit IPs fit, but 12 digits don't, which is highly annoying...

Note that typically the field actually holds a DNS name, so we really want to give it more space. I suggest finding that space by reducing the width of the 'COUNT' column (and perhaps make the heading read '#'). That seems to have space for 8 digit counts, which is twice as much as anybody is ever likely to see.
