K8s has events in its api for various objects (for instance, when a pod is scheduled).

We should show them.

perhaps, but why "in the details panel"?

In the "every conceivable piece of data can be dumped into the details panel" sense, yes.

What are the other options?

Something like a log view. Or a timeline. I am sure @foot and @davkal can come up with more ideas.

All rather depends on what we think a user is going to learn from this information.
