Dashboard revamp

Description

Wazuh 5.0 will change deeply in many ways, therefore Wazuh dashboard must be redesigned to go along these important changes, not only to accommodate the new features, but also to improve the user experience as a whole.

Functional requirements

• The user mustn't need to edit any plain text file in any way. Web forms have to be used for this.
• Use native OpenSearch UI components as much as possible.
