Compatibility with OpenSearch 2.10.0

Description

We need to ensure the UI compatibility with the next version of OpenSearch v2.10.0
This update is still being discussed, but we need to be aware of potential issues.

Functional requirements

• Review opensearch and opensearch-dashboard latest stable changelog.
• Identify improvements and potential impact on the UI.
• Create new tracking and development branches.
• Develop a testing environment to verify our components would work under this new build.

We have seen that there are differences between OSD 2.9.0 and 2.10.0, in styles and also in other things like for example a new discover where the old discover will disappear in 2.11.0.

We have to redo some changes since the way OSD was doing it changed and our changes were deprecated.

We also have to adapt some files and folders to the styles that were added from OSD with precommits.
