error message not catched by catch node

Hi there, thanks or this nice node, it works great.
Just one little thing: if a screen is not reachable over to the network, the node gives an error message: "msg : error
"Error: connect EHOSTUNREACH IP-Address". But I can't catch this error with the catch node for further handling. Maybe it is a configuration thing, but I couldn't figure it out.

Any hints are welcome.
