EDID and I/O registry processing support should not depend on the fact whether DDC is enabled for the display or not (these now have a single combined checkbox in the app).

This issue pertains to Apple Silicon only (EDID export is not supported on Intel currently in BD).

Done. Note that EDID and display details are available even though DDC is disabled. This makes life easier.
