大佬，在 Requests_v0.3.0 中AuthManager有单例模式的必要吗，import 不是不会重复加载吗，本身不就是单例的吗，为啥还特别要整成单例模式？

大佬的严谨？为了让后续直接实例化AuthManager，也能直接拿到全局对象？
