Look into, among others:

• Web of trust
• Eigentrust and its Zk-based implementation
• SoK: Privacy-Preserving Reputation Systems - a peer-reviewed 2021 paper that may be very relevant, h/t Frederico

Understand our needs and constraints regarding local vs global reputation, and its relation to potential Sybil attacks (see also: #38 ).
