Description

Desktop should compile in Windows while using nwaku. This means all dependencies must be met, and no missing libraries warning should be visible.

The following PR can serve as a reference: status-im/status-desktop#16512

We will need to implement the changes in status-desktop and then perform a PR against the nwaku branch in status-desktop repo.

Additionally, the libwaku.dll should be correctly packaged within the Status-Desktop installer.
