There is info missing for nwaku-compose (https://github.com/waku-org/nwaku-compose/blob/master/README.md) that is available in run-node (https://docs.waku.org/guides/nwaku/run-node) and we need parity.

-Users are asking about requirements often, please add to nwaku-compose
-Links to Grafana dashboard
-How to run all processes in step 2
