Underlying tooling needs the "Other sessions where we should avoid scheduling conflicts" section to contain a list of issues. I updated the description to point to the other sessions you created. Obviously, you couldn't link to the other issues before they were created...

FWIW, labels are for use by the meeting planners. They tell us that we need to do something on the proposal before we can run the scheduler. You may ignore them.
