I don't think this document falls into these categories, however if you would prefer me to fill this out I can do so
It's generally a good idea to do a self-review, but not a requirement. Filling in the self-review gives our group some place to start (depending on the responses).
It would be great if it could be done before the AC meeting on the 8-9 of April since I'm going to be presenting the doc there, but I totally understand if it's not possible. I will fill ou the self-review and amend the request.
