FAST checklist has incorrect link #7

The first sentence of the FAST checklist starts:

This is a draft checklist to support Framework for Accessibility in the Specification of Technologies (FAST)

The link just goes to https://w3c.github.io/ while it should probably go somewhere more specific like https://w3c.github.io/fast/

I just noticed this has been fixed in the version at https://w3c.github.io/fast/checklist.html but remains present in the otherwise-identical-looking version at https://w3c.github.io/apa/fast/checklist.html - consider redirecting requests to the latter back to the former?
