Suggest this section - https://w3c.github.io/did-extensions/resolution/#parameters - would be better named DID URL Parameters or DID Parameters.
It would also be helpful to add a brief sentence explaining what these parameters like in the other section of this document.
Maybe something like:
These parameters are supported by the [DID URL](https://www.w3.org/TR/did-core/#dfn-did-urls) syntax.
I also noticed some of the links to the locations where the parameters are normatively defined go to https://www.w3.org/TR/did-core/#generic-did-url-parameters, which is no longer correct and should be changed to https://www.w3.org/TR/did-core/#did-parameters.
