As mentioned by @alastor0325 in #23 (comment), it might be good to provide more guidelines around audio focus.
For example, examples of a UA allowing multiple tabs playing audio at the same time as a way to integrate well with some OSes like desktop. Or the reverse, a UA allowing only one tab to have audio focus.
