It should be noted that the credential subject is identified as an object and not simply by an identifier. So the subject can be identified by name and address or email address and in addition have a DID identifier. So I suggest we change the title of 5.5.1 from "Change Identifier from Email to Decentralized Identifier" to "Associate Decentralized Identifier with a Credential". This title also better summarises the content
