Close all title on notifications is not translated correctly

Notification “Close all” (w20.core.notifications.closeall): this notification is translated always to the language used when the user opens the application. If the application is opened in a language with no translation for this key, it is never translated until the page is reloaded or the user opens the application in a new window or tab.
