Archive of my PingTester project i developed in 2008.
This device is able to measure twisted pair length, obtain IP address from a DHCP server and ping a host by IP address.
Hardware
- Atmel AT91SAM7X256 as main processor
- Sharp LS020B8UD06 (LCD from mobile phone) as screen
- Marvell 88E3018 as PHY with cable tester
