Currently the squeue metrics parser will only detect Pending jobs, and additionally if they have a Dependency. Slurm has other states it can put here, such as DependencyNeverSatisfied or JobArrayTaskLimit

Just wanted to second this one. It'd be nice to tell the difference between a cluster with 2000 jobs pending on deps or resources (might have a problem) vs 2000 jobs pending on JobArrayTaskLimit (totally ok)
