Can you enable travis here https://github.com/jfryman/puppetlabs-nginx/settings/hooks so that pull requests will automatic get the results of the tests run against them.

I'm not sure what you're asking. This repo already has travis-ci setup on it. The PuppetLabs repository (github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs-nginx) I do not own nor have access to modify.

Can you help me understand what's missing for you?

Its possible for Travis to report back to the github pull request to show the build status like: fail2ban/fail2ban#493

While travis is getting the pull requests and processing it https://travis-ci.org/jfryman/puppet-nginx/pull_requests its not reporting back. I've been trying to find out how to do this. My best guess so far is the oauth permissions of github.

Hmmmm. That is curious. Let me see what's going on.

Whatever you ended up doing seems to have worked looking at #199
