The declared package resource in eyaml.pp line 28 - 32 does not seem to work in Puppet Enterprise 3.8.0. Only the hiera-eyaml gem shows up in the output of "/opt/puppet/bin/gem list", but NOT in "/opt/puppet/bin/puppetserver gem list" after applying the module.

Note: both providers (pe_gem and pe_puppetserver_gem) work in Puppet Enterprise 3.7.2 and hiera-eyaml shows up in gem list, and puppetserver gem list.

This was fixed with the release of 1.3.0
