glass_blue in https://github.com/deathcap/voxel-glass renders as either:

screen shot 2014-06-14 at 12 12 00 am
or:
screen shot 2014-06-14 at 12 10 09 am

This may be related to:

ShaderPlugin.prototype.render = function() {

  gl.pixelStorei(gl.UNPACK_PREMULTIPLY_ALPHA_WEBGL, true)

(called too late? should call before the textures load?)
