Dye

A system for dye items, usable to apply color to other items or blocks (either by interacting with in the world, or through a crafting recipe, or perhaps a dye machine). This could be used by at least:

• Dyeing wool voxel-wool#3
• Colored glass dye recipes voxel-glass#4

but preferably generic enough to provide an API to get/set the color of arbitrarily dyeable items
