Did this run-through today with @amcmanus and it went well! Will close this out once we have our v4.0.0 inventory set up in vxsuite-build-system, pointing to our newly created and validated apt snapshot

This has been tested via a full Trusted Build of vxadmin on our HP systems. No issues at all with self-hosted apt repo.
