From @ben’s NH demo:
> I was reminded that the unconfigured screen that says in big letters “VxScan not configured” and then in small letters what to do should be tweaked. Just say in big letters what to do: “Insert Election Manager Card to Configure VxScan” --> “Insert USB drive to configure vxscan”
