Allow to set a color for the title in the navigation bar #49

At the moment the color of the title in the navigation bar is always black. This is not ideal if the background color of the navigation bar is dark or if you want to match it with the tintColor of the buttons.

This customisation should be possible using UINavigationBar's titleTextAttributes
