Previous Image Quality severely dropped on fully processed image

Hey everyone, I am new to using SD-CN Animation vid2vid and I am having the hardest time trying to figure out why the initial processed image quality differs greatly from the next processed image. I am using default settings, and have attempted to tweak with no change in the degradation of the image.
