Ruins on sand planets are spawning with no atmos

Not hard to reproduce; land on a sand planet and walk up to and/or enter a ruin, and start dying of pressure and cold because there's somehow no airflow between the ruin and the planet. Like this one. I'm not even INSIDE the ruin, there's just no air in front of it.
