Currently the retain mqtt flag is enforced in

kodi2mqtt/plugin.service.mqtt/service.py

Line 68 in 113983e

mqc.publish(fulltopic,jsonstr,qos=0,retain=True)

It would be great to have it set via a config toggle so it can be disabled in addon settings.

Currently any time I restart HomeAssistant all automations for kodi are triggered due to the retained message.
