How do I configure Tinyphone for use on MacOS?

I installed Tinyphone on MacOS, but when I start it the menu point "Settings..." is greyed out.
The repository only describes where to put the config.json for Windows. Where do I have to place it for MacOS?

You can configure by having a custom config.json file in the directory

~/Library/Application Support/com.github.voiceip.tphone/
