While working on #1712, I came across the DeleteBackupRequest CRD as an option for deleting backups in Velero. However we do not have any docs on DeleteBackupRequest.

We should updated the docs to include more information about DeleteBackupRequest.

@reasonerjt can you comment here on whether you think a maintainer would have time to help with this issue for 1.9? I have a PR, #4850, that mentions DeleteBackupRequest but we dont have docs that mentioned this concept.
