It turns out there is a Unicode character that is the (more) correct symbol for dialogue than the em dash, the horizontal bar.

I'm wondering if it's worth adding an auto-replace feature for it so that it can be used to distinguish between narrator breaks and pauses in text? Like for instance, if you type --: it is converted to a horizontal bar?
