Develop Limit Order Component for ksox-web Exchange Section

Issue Objective

The goal of this issue is to develop a new order placement section for the KSOX exchange platform. This section, to be positioned on the rightmost part of the interface, will introduce limit order functionality where users can set prices, amounts, and choose between buy and sell options.
