This patch is only needed in RHEL9: `

opencast-camera-control/.github/rpm/python-confygure.spec

Line 35 in b3728e8

    
           # This is a workaround for the Python toolchain in EL9 not supporting the new pyproject.toml

We should remove this, once we do not use RHEL9 any more.
