Use amazon.aws.ec2_ami_info to replace hard coded ami ids

The hard coded ami ids listed in the playbooks/depl can be replaced with amazon.aws.ec2_ami_info module.
The advantage in the suggested option is that it eliminates the need for bumping ami ids versions and easily move between regions.
