create/tools.rst mentions Shapes app

create/tools.rst mentions the Shapes app from the Marketplace. We should try digging that up and adding it to the More app if possible, and if not possible remove it from the documentation.

It probably isn't very performant because it used Overlays prior to them being replaced with less-performant local entities. The result was that the local entities the app uses for VR UI lagged behind hand movements.

Could replace much of the 3D UI with a Web UI.
