Displaying picker for financial / fiscal year #8

Hello, the existing picker is working well as per the standard requirements,
But, in my case, I need to display the months of the financial year months.

For example, instead of displaying the year 2018 (Jan 2018 - Dec 2018), I wanna display Fiscal (Financial) year 2018-19 (Apr 2018 - Mar 2019).

I am unable to get any way to do so.
